Powell Relocation was amazing! They turned something that would normally be stressful into something that was at times actually enjoyable. The Driver who led the moving team, Dave, was great! He was totally focused on the customer needs and went above and beyond to make my wife feel at ease with everything going on. I cannot recommend Powell enough. I used them a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Kristi was an incredibly helpful move coordinator and helped make the process incredibly seamless. She often checked in during the move to make sure everything was going well. Zack and Samantha were a great moving team, and we appreciated their attention and care to make sure everything arrived safely. They put in the extra effort to make sure we felt comfortable and did a great job moving us out of our second story apartment. Moving with Powell put our minds at ease and saved us a ton of stress.
From the company rep, to the guys that did the moving, they were a great team. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
I don't even know where to start with how good this experience was. This company is seriously amazing and dealt with a lot of extenuating circumstances on our end. The movers and all the people who helped us plan made this a breeze and the easiest move we have ever had. Kristi and her whole crew did an amazing job and we will forever be grateful. Bob, our driver, did an outrageously good job of packing our stuff and getting it safely to our house 2500 miles away. I give them my highest rating and wish I could give them Six stars.
